2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Policy

Aylvo stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This page explains your warranty coverage, what's included, and how to get help.

01

Warranty Coverage Period

Aylvo provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on eligible indoor lighting fixtures and furniture purchased directly from Aylvo.

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered. This limited warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.

02

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor residential use. Covered issues may include confirmed defects in:

Structural & Hardware

  • Frames and structural components
  • Welded or joined parts
  • Hardware supplied with the product

Fixture & Furniture Components

  • Fixture body components
  • Electrical fixture components (original)
  • Furniture components (original)
  • Other original components with manufacturing defects

Coverage applies only when the product has been used, assembled, installed, maintained, and cared for according to normal residential use and any product instructions provided.

03

Lighting Products

For eligible lighting products, this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in the original fixture components, including fixture body defects, wiring component defects, socket or connector defects, and hardware defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues.

⚠️ Light bulbs are not covered under this warranty unless clearly stated on the product page.

For hardwired lighting, professional installation by a licensed electrician is strongly recommended. Warranty coverage may be limited or denied if the issue is caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, incompatible dimmers or bulbs, overloading, modification, or installation that does not follow applicable electrical standards.

04

Furniture Products

For eligible furniture products, this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor residential use, including confirmed defects in frames, legs, support structures, joints, hardware, or other original components supplied with the product.

ℹ️ Natural material variation is not a defect. Natural grain, tone, texture, veining, color variation, patina, minor measurement variation, or other inherent material characteristics in wood, stone, leather, fabric, metal, or glass are not covered.

Email us at support@aylvo.com and include the following:

1 Your order number and proof of purchase
2 A clear description of the issue
3 Photos or videos showing the defect and the full product

Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting support, request additional evidence, recommend inspection by a qualified professional, or provide next steps for warranty service.

For lighting products, we may ask you to confirm that the fixture was installed by a qualified electrician or that the installation followed applicable instructions and electrical standards.

09

Warranty Remedies

If a claim is approved, Aylvo may provide one or more of the following remedies based on the product, defect, and availability:

🔧
Troubleshooting Support
🔩
Replacement Parts
🛠️
Repair Support
📦
Replacement Item
🔄
Comparable Item
💳
Partial Refund

If replacement parts can reasonably resolve the issue, Aylvo may provide parts instead of replacing the entire product. If the original item is no longer available, a comparable item of similar style and value may be offered.

10

Replacement Parts & Items

Any replacement part or item provided under this limited warranty is covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty. Replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

Aylvo is not responsible for labor, installation, removal, reinstallation, assembly, electrician fees, contractor fees, or project delays related to replacement parts or items.

11

Warranty Shipping

If a warranty claim is approved, Aylvo may cover standard shipping for approved replacement parts or items within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping, freight upgrades, in-home delivery, assembly, installation, or removal services are not included unless expressly approved by Aylvo in writing.

12

Limitations

This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Aylvo for eligible products unless otherwise stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aylvo's total liability under this warranty will not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.

Aylvo is not responsible for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including labor costs, installation costs, electrician fees, contractor fees, project delay costs, lost income, loss of use, or damage to property.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

13

Product Care & Warranty Validity

Proper care, handling, assembly, installation, and maintenance are required to keep your warranty valid. Please follow any care instructions, installation instructions, safety instructions, and product-specific guidance provided with your item or on the product page.

💡 Lighting

Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended when applicable.

🪑 Furniture

Avoid improper cleaning products, excessive moisture, direct heat, prolonged direct sunlight, and overloading beyond normal residential use.
