Where does Aylvo ship?

Aylvo currently ships to the contiguous United States. Shipping availability may be confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address.

Is shipping free?

Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping options will be shown at checkout before payment.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders have an estimated total delivery time of 25–45 business days. This includes approximately 10–18 business days for processing or production and approximately 15–27 business days for transit. Delivery timelines may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, and order details.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in acceptable condition and with required return approval.

Who pays for return shipping?

For standard returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is also responsible for arranging and providing the return label unless otherwise confirmed by Aylvo.

Is there a restocking fee?

A 10% restocking fee may apply to standard returns. This fee does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is reported according to our policy.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aylvo.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and provide next steps.

How long does a refund take?

After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Refund processing may take up to 10 days after approval, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Order changes or cancellations may not be available once an order has entered processing, customization, packaging, or shipment. If you need help, email support@aylvo.com with your order number.

Yes. Aylvo can assist homeowners, interior designers, builders, and project buyers with product questions, multi-item planning, finish discussions, and project inquiries. Please contact support@aylvo.com with your project details.

Do you offer custom or project-related support?

For selected project needs, customers may contact us with item type, quantity, dimensions, finish preferences, timeline, and shipping state. Availability, pricing, and lead time must be confirmed before any special or custom order is placed.
