Common Tracking Questions

I haven't received a tracking number yet.

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. If it's been more than 3 business days since your order was placed and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please contact us with your order number.

My tracking shows no updates or hasn't moved.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after a label is created. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.

My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and with your building management. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.

My order arrived damaged.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of all packaging. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

My order was split into multiple shipments.

Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. If you're unsure, contact us with your order number and we'll confirm the shipment details.
