All payments are processed through secure Shopify checkout and approved payment providers. Aylvo does not store your full credit card number or complete payment credentials on our website.

Currency

All prices on Aylvo are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. Aylvo does not control those conversion rates or third-party fees.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is charged when your order is placed and successfully completed at checkout.

For in-stock, standard, pre-sale, made-to-order, custom, oversized, or freight-shipped items, payment is collected at the time of order so that we can reserve inventory, begin order processing, prepare production, or schedule fulfillment.

Taxes, Shipping & Order Total

Your order total will be shown at checkout before you place your order. The final total may include:

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order may not be completed. Common reasons include:

If your payment fails, please check your billing details, try another accepted payment method, or contact your bank or card issuer. Aylvo cannot override a bank, card issuer, or payment provider decline.

Payment Review & Verification

For order security, some payments may require additional review or verification. Aylvo may contact you if we need to confirm order details, billing information, shipping information, or payment authorization.

If required verification is not completed, the order may be delayed or cancelled.

Authorization & Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, orders may be reviewed for fraud risk. Aylvo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, incomplete, inconsistent, or in violation of our policies.

If an order is cancelled due to payment or verification issues, any authorized payment will be voided or refunded according to the payment provider's processing timeline.

Purchase orders
Offline payment

For approved trade, designer, or project orders, special payment arrangements may be reviewed separately in writing before order placement.

Installment Payments

Aylvo does not guarantee installment payment availability. If an installment or financing option is available, it will appear directly at checkout and will be subject to the terms, eligibility requirements, approval process, and payment schedule of the applicable payment provider.

Aylvo does not control third-party financing approvals, credit decisions, installment schedules, late fees, or payment provider terms.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or wallet provider.
