Bulk Pricing

Bulk pricing, project pricing, or quantity-based pricing may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on product type, quantity, availability, timeline, delivery location, and order conditions.

⚠️ Aylvo does not guarantee automatic bulk discounts, fixed discount percentages, wholesale pricing, or priority production. Do not rely on pricing unless confirmed in writing by Aylvo.

Availability & Lead Times

Some products may be in stock and ready to ship. Others may be made-to-order, special-order, pre-sale, oversized, or fragile, and may require additional preparation time. Bulk quantities may not be available for every product.

ℹ️ Estimated lead times are not guaranteed delivery dates. We recommend contacting us early in your project timeline to confirm availability and delivery options.

Shipping & Delivery

Bulk orders may ship in multiple packages or shipments, by freight, truck delivery, or final-mile delivery, depending on item size, weight, quantity, and delivery address. Some shipments may require a delivery appointment, phone confirmation, adult signature, or freight access.

⚠️ Standard delivery does not include in-home placement, assembly, installation, electrical work, packaging removal, or disposal of old items unless expressly confirmed in writing.

πŸ”„ Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a bulk-order request. Orders may be changed within 24 hours only if production, sourcing, packing, or shipment has not started.

⚠️ After 24 hours, handling fees, production costs, sourcing costs, carrier fees, or restocking fees may apply.

πŸ“¦ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect all items as soon as they arrive. If any item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photos of the issue, and photos of all packaging.

⚠️ Keep all original packaging β€” boxes, foam, pallets, crates, and protective materials β€” until the issue is fully resolved.
