Aylvo reviews custom-order requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a custom order can be accepted, produced, priced, or delivered by a specific date.

⚠️ Product Page First: The product page is the primary source for materials, finish, dimensions, bulb compatibility, installation requirements, lead time, return eligibility, and warranty coverage. If a product page states that an item is final sale, made-to-order, or non-returnable, that condition applies to your order.

Product size & dimensions
Finish or color
Material selection
Drop or chain length
Quantity-based requests
Bulk or multi-item orders
Made-to-order items
Replacement parts

Not every product can be customized. Some items are only available in the size, finish, material, or configuration shown on the product page.

The Custom Order Process

Submit Your Request

Contact us at support@aylvo.com with the product name, product link, requested changes, quantity, project location, target timeline, and any drawings, measurements, photos, or specifications if available.

Feasibility Review

Aylvo reviews the request based on product availability, supplier feasibility, requested specifications, quantity, production timeline, and delivery location. Some requests may require additional details before review can proceed.

Written Confirmation

If the request can proceed, Aylvo will provide written confirmation of available options, estimated lead time, pricing, payment requirements, shipping method, and any custom-order conditions. Do not rely on availability, price, or timing unless confirmed in writing.

Payment & Order Placement

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may require full payment or a custom invoice before production or sourcing begins. An order is not confirmed until payment is completed and Aylvo confirms the details in writing.

Production & Shipment

Custom and special-order items may require additional production, quality checks, packing, freight scheduling, or final-mile delivery coordination. Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

🔄 Changes & Cancellations

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items may not be cancellable once production, sourcing, preparation, or carrier scheduling has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

⚠️ Orders may be changed within 24 hours only if production, sourcing, packing, or shipment has not started. After 24 hours, handling fees or production costs may apply.

📦 Returns & Damaged Items

Custom, made-to-order, special-order, final-sale, installed, assembled, used, or modified items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

⚠️ If a custom item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and all packaging. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
