Dimensions and Fit

For furniture and home pieces, please review all listed dimensions carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure whether an item will fit your room, entryway, hallway, elevator, or intended space, contact us at support@aylvo.com before ordering.

Finishes and Materials

Product finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and natural variation in materials or surface treatments. If a finish or material detail is important for your project, contact us before placing an order.

Delivery Questions

Estimated delivery timelines may vary by product, destination, carrier conditions, and order details. Most orders have an estimated total delivery time of 25–45 business days. Shipping options and availability are shown during checkout where applicable.

Order Support

If you need help with an order, email support@aylvo.com with your order number. Order changes or cancellations may not be available once an order has entered processing, customization, packaging, or shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
